How are you going to pay for this investment?

It’s important to know that as foreigner, getting a Loan or Mortgage in Mexico, is complicated, but not impossible. There are some options to get partial financing with certain terms and conditions. After saying this, we suggest you secure the resources for this investment in your home country, through an equity, retirement fund or a personal Loan. Once you secure the funds, you will know up to how much you can invest and then we can Go Shopping!

If you want to get more information regarding a loan available for Foreigners in the area, we will refer you to a lender that will expand their process and conditions.
